EdenHill Communities is working closely with architects and designers to create an expanded campus that will serve the current and future needs of our residents and our community. This rendering depicts our new Independent Living Private Apartments.
A new face on the hill is in the making! Spectacular changes in our retirement community are being planned as EdenHill Communities continues its tradition of moving forward and evolving to meet the ever-changing needs and desires of our residents and our community.
In the near future, our campus will include the construction and development of 94 Independent Living Private Apartments with spacious common areas, courtyards and dining venues. Our campus expansion will include a Wellness Center with personalized programs to enhance well-being, a covered, heated swimming pool and a spa.
Preliminary plans also include the renovation of our current buildings and services. This revitalization includes:
- A new Rehabilitative Services wing with 23 private rooms for recovery following hospitalization
- An expansion of Assisted Living apartments—providing residents the care they need, when they need it
- Two neighborhoods of Memory Care residences featuring walking areas and ample space to visit with family and friends
- New commons areas will provide comfortable spaces for entertainment, activities and dining services
